Self-Love + Self-Respect + Self-Responsibility = Self-Happiness
The Angel Alliance Program is designed to provide a supportive, educational, and interactive space for young girls to gain the skills, resources, and confidence they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives. The program will focus on areas such as mental health, leadership, academic support, career exploration, and wellness through virtual workshops, group discussions, mentorship, and community-building activities. Participants will be empowered to navigate challenges, build strong relationships, and become leaders in their communities.
Requirements:
Age Range: The program is for girls in 6th - 12th grades.
2. Location: Open to girls in Aurora, IL and surrounding areas, with virtual access available to participants nationwide.
3. Technology Requirements: - A smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access for event participation. - Access to the **Band app & Email** for group communication.
4. Commitment: - Participants should commit to attending at least 75% of the scheduled workshops and activities over a 10-month period. - Participants must complete the 10-step
5. Parental Consent: For girls under 18, parental or guardian consent is required to participate in the program.
6. No Cost: The program is free to ensure accessibility for all. *Other fees may apply
It starts with the Angel Pledge.
Registration
- Fill out the online registration form (direct link)
- Be prepared to upload headshot and most recent report card.
- Provide a brief statement or essay (2-3 sentences) on why the youth wants to participate in the program.
♡ Set Up Band App Account ♡
Download the **Band app** (available on iOS and Android).
- An invitation will be sent to your email or phone with the link to join the **Band app** group
- Join the designated group for the local chapter's Angel Alliance, where the team will share event schedules, resources, and provide communication tools for discussions and Q&A.
- The app group is private, and only registered participants will have access. Parents/guardians can be given access to the group to ensure safety.
As they engage in these initiatives, not on do the Angels bring positive change to their community, but they also gain valuable experiences that nurture compassion and confidence. We believe in the incredible impact that a collective effort can have and our Angels, play a vital role in making this positive difference.

Mental Health & Well-being
-Topics Covered:
Self-care practices, coping with stress and anxiety, mindfulness techniques, understanding mental health.
Workshop Type:
Interactive discussions and activities led by mental health professionals. Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences and ask questions.
Frequency:
Once every two weeks.
Leadership and Confidence Building
Topics Covered:
Public speaking, leadership skills, self-advocacy, and empowerment.
Workshop Type:
Guest speakers, role-playing exercises, and group challenges. Participants will practice skills to boost confidence and communication.

Academic Success & Career Exploration
Topics Covered:
Study techniques, time management, setting academic goals, exploring career paths, resume building, interview preparation.
Workshop Type: Practical workshops, career advice from professionals, and peer discussions.
Frequency: Every other week.
Health and Wellness:
Topics Covered:
Nutrition, exercise, and the importance of mental and physical health.
Workshop Type:
Fitness activities, healthy eating challenges, and discussions with wellness experts.
Frequency:
Bi-weekly or as part of regular check-ins.
Social Justice & Advocacy:
Topics Covered: Understanding inequality, community involvement, advocating for change, and using your voice for positive impact.
Workshop Type: Group discussions, project planning, and community service activities.
Frequency: Monthly.
Peer Mentoring & Networking:
Topics Covered**: Building supportive relationships, finding mentors, networking with community leaders.
Workshop Type: Peer group discussions and breakout sessions with mentors.

♡ Voices: A Moment of Connection Across Generational Women ♡
Voices is designed to survey and hear the voices of the community about needs and barriers, and the results needed to create better home environments and support systems for the youth. During this program the participants will engage in meaningful conversations around the unheard cries for help that youth girls deal with in today’s society. We will have speaking, lessons and activities that will educate, unite and empower our youth and community.
Voices is an empowering initiative within Imperfect Angels, strategically designed to facilitate meaningful connections across generations of women. This program seeks to address and overcome generational gaps, creating a unique space for women to share their experiences, provide guidance, and engage in stimulating conversations. At its core, Voices is a haven where women of all ages can come together to be heard and collect the valuable wisdom and insights passed down from those women who have walked the path before them.

For local youth and young-adults that are facing hardships or challenges that are causing mental health declines, social disadvantages, destructive habits, or detrimental outcomes. These programs consist of educational conferences, seminars, and community service projects that the youth participate in throughout the year to help them build a better understanding and awareness of self, the environment around them and the limitless opportunities that are available to help them reach their full potential.

The Imperfect Angels Back 2 School Community Initiative stands as a testament to our commitment to fostering a nurturing and supportive community. As the new school year approaches, our angels actively engage in gathering essential school supplies with enthusiasm and a shared sense of purpose.
